The Blacksburg Citizens Institute is a 10-week program that teaches residents how the local government operates. From touring facilities, meeting with local leaders and seeing how projects are planned, participants get a close-up view of how decisions are made. This year’s program begins on March 30 and will wrap up on June 8.
