Nike recently released its “Dream Crazier” campaign supporting women after backlash surrounding the Zion Williamson shoe blowout. After the incident, Nike’s stock dropped one point in the stock market and it stands to reason that they released the campaign prematurely in order to combat the loss in revenue it experienced after Williamson’s foot reportedly tore through his Nike basketball shoes causing his knee injury.
