Apple is known for its major release of their latest products in the fall of each year. The events are highly anticipated by smartphone and technology users everywhere.
In September 2018, Apple held a keynote at the recently constructed Steve Jobs Theater at their headquarters in Cupertino, California. During their keynote, the company released the iPhone Xs, iPhone Xs Max and iPhone XR which all include an improved Face ID and a more precise camera.
The newest editions to the iPhone collection continue a trend set by Apple many years ago. Apple is known for releasing a new iPhone series once every two years and using the year in between to offer a slightly improved model of the previous year’s. The Xs, Xs Max, and XR are the improved versions of the iPhone X which introduced a new full-sized screen to the lineup and eliminated the home button.
Consumers will have to decide if they are willing to pay for the latest iPhone or wait until the new series begins next year.
